Jetée Couture Refund Policy
Each Jetée Couture piece is crafted in limited quantities and often made-to-order through our pre-order process.
Because of the exclusive nature of our collections, all sales are considered final once your order is placed.
If you need to make a change to your order within 24 hours of purchase, please contact us at hello@jeteecouture.com, and our concierge team will assist where possible.
In the rare event of a product defect or issue upon arrival, please email hello@jeteecouture.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll gladly review and provide a replacement or store credit if applicable.
Pre-order and limited items cannot be refunded or exchanged once production has begun.
