Jetée Couture Shipping Policy

All Jetée Couture orders are processed with care from our fulfillment studio or selected partner atelier.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing on in-stock items.

Pre-order items from the Jetée Couture Signature Collection are released in limited quantities. Each piece is prepared with care and ships within 10–15 business days. Tracking details will be provided once your order enters fulfillment.

Shipping Rates
    •    Free shipping on VIP orders over $150 (U.S.)
    •    Standard shipping: $4.90 for orders under $150
    •    Delivery typically within 3–8 business days once shipped

We currently ship within the United States. International shipping will be available soon.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email.
Jetée Couture is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after confirmed delivery.
